PROJECT OF A HOTEL IN CASMA

We choose Casma because is a Peruvian Province and it is one of the twenty provinces in Ancash Department, part of the Ancash Region, in Peru. It is the capital of the province of the same name. It is located at km 375 of the Highway. Bordered on the north by the Province of Santa, on the east by the provinces of Yungay and Huaraz, south Huarmey Province and west to the Pacific Ocean.

Casma is characterized by year round warm temperatures, and it is known as the "The land of Eternal Sunshine."

Advantages:

•  The Hotel will give a better image to the town
•  Local people could find a work position in the hotel
•  The building of the Hotel implies economic income for the place by the time

Disadvantages:

• The incorrect deal of the wastes could affect the environment
• If the hotel does not use correctly the resources like water, energy
• And it could produce pollution by the use of any machine necessary for the hotel

Characteristics of our hotel

• Hotel 3 stars located in the main square of Casma, near the attractions or entertainment center like discos, restaurants, boulevard,
• In this project we calculate an area of 300m2
• It is addressed to national tourists 90% and foreigners 10%
• It has to be a place were the tourist pass any way because it will help us to has the attention of tourists who need a place to stay.
• Our hotel is decorated with characteristic colors of folklore and the art of the zone
• In our hotel we offer touristic packs to meet the city and places nearby
